TruthnWear was created for everyone feeling and speaking their truth and honoring themselves by wearing their thoughts or expressions on a shirt, this fashion shirt company was created under the context that we are all human and we all have our way of being, our own identification, our place in this world - and we put it on shirts. African American focused and inspired was dear to our hearts as we see, hear about or experience racial disparities throughout the world.
We also focused on our babies and toddlers as they get to tell the world who they are, or their fun thoughts, and by not being able to verbally express themselves yet, their parents, family members or friends get to choose for them.
We wanted to do something fun and we wanted to do something good for the world. To consciously have an impact in some way - whether it was making a statement about who we are or where we have come from, making someone smile, reminding us to take a breath, or exploring the fact that we are all human - and it is okay!
